A new month marks a new Adidas Yeezy release. It’s been around six years since Adidas and Kanye West launched Yeezy Season 1, but the hype and relevance of Kanye’s sneakers remain popular until now.
Amidst the wave of controversies that Kanye has to face every single year, his loyal fanbase keeps things going.
2021 saw new Yeezy models from the three stripes. And they’re just as hyped as the very first Yeezy to ever come out.
Halfway through 2021, let’s take a look at the upcoming Adidas Yeezys for the month of September.
September 6, 2021 Adidas YEEZY SLIDE - Pure, Soot, and Glow Green
A trio of YEEZY Slides is set to release on the first week of September. The slides saw a lot of positive feedback from the fans which greatly increased their value.
The colorways set to release are the Green Glow, Soot, and another re-release of the coveted Pure colorway.
Bright hues and neutral tones have been Kanye West’s thing recently, that’s why most of the YEEZY SLIDES arrive as such.
They’re set to release on September 6 for $60 each. Check the Adidas social media accounts for updates about the upcoming raffles.
Adidas YEEZY Quantum “Onyx”
The basketball-marketed YEEZY Quantum has seen a fair share of colorways in the past. This time, they’re arriving in an all-black makeover for that stealthy finish. The Primeknit upper and encased full-length Boost foam midsole headline this comfortable high-top sneaker.
A rigid heel counter and neoprene collar give hoopers a pretty solid fit and decent support.
Priced at $250, they can be found on Adidas and select retailers worldwide.
Adidas YEEZY 700 MNVN “Honey Flux”
The slimmer, nylon version of the Yeezy 700 dubbed the MNVN is slated for the second week of September. It’s dressed in a tonal yellow upper with a reverse “700” print on the lateral part.
The beloved Boost foam is housed inside the midsole.
Silver and Black detailing can be found on the chunky sole and the rest of the tongue.
They have a retail price of $220 and will release online on Adidas and other select stores worldwide.
Adidas YEEZY 500 “Brown Clay”
Yeezys with earthly hues continue in this upcoming YEEZY 500 release. The dad shoe resemblance of this shoe appears in multiple shades of brown. The suede overlays appear in a lighter tone compared to the mesh base and leather panels.
A Feet-You-Wear sole is equipped with adiPRENE+ for decent cushioning.
The upcoming drop is confirmed to be on September 18. Retail price is set at $200.
Adidas YEEZY 700 V2 “Mauve”
Neutral tones continue once again in this YEEZY 700 V2 “Mauve”. Similar to the “Mauve” color scheme in the first Yeezy 700 model, this shoe sports a brown mesh base with grey suede overlays.
Gone from this rendition is the Neon accents on the midsole’s rear section. Opting for a monochromatic brown finish and a gum rubber outsole.
Scheduled for a September 25 release and a retail price of $240, expect Yeezy fans to try and cop this sneaker. So stay tuned on Adidas social media accounts to get ahead of the game.
Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Rock”
The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 had a consistent Primeknit weave pattern for around five years. 2021 changed all that when they finally changed things up and introduced a new pattern.
The regional-exclusive Yeezy 350 V2 trio called “Mono Pack” presented a rather transparent upper that showcases the inner layer of the shoe. But this time, the upcoming “MX Rock” colorway is set to introduce a brand new knit pattern once more.
Looking like Jupiter’s atmosphere, the weave boasts a bunch of brown, black, and white swirls and curves all over the upper. The familiar midfoot strip has returned, but got rid of the SPLY-350 lettering. The shoe sits atop a thick TPU rubber sole that houses a full-length Boost foam.
Set to release on September 30, 2021, expect the shoe to be highly anticipated and difficult to get. Don’t lose hope and just keep trying though.
Adidas Yeezy 450 “Cloud White” Restock
One of the most eccentric sneaker designs in history is back with a restock on the final day of September.
The Adidas Yeezy 350 Cloud White features a white sock-like Primeknit upper and an aggressive sole that looks like teeth, spikes, or whatever they’re supposed to be. The sole hug the majority of the upper and provide decent fit and at the same time, keep it stable.
Despite the backlash, a lot of sneakerheads joined raffles to cop a pair. They’re priced at $200 and are set to release on select Adidas stores worldwide.
September is looking packed with another great batch of Yeezys, so expect more Ls to come. Nevertheless, there are more to come in the following months as the year comes to a close.
